The Fighting Irish Boys Volleyball team fell to Firestone High School in straight sets on Tuesday, April 14th. Despite a strong effort, the Irish were defeated 3-0, narrowly dropping a competitive opening set.
Set Scores:
- Set 1: 27-25
- Set 2: 25-15
- Set 3: 25-21
The Irish came out strong in the first set, pushing Firestone to extra points before falling just short. The Falcons carried that momentum into the final two sets to secure the match.
The team now turns its focus to a rematch against Jackson High School on Thursday, April 16th. The Irish will look to bounce back after a 3-0 loss in their first meeting with Jackson earlier this season.
Junior Varsity is set to begin at 5:30 PM, followed by Varsity at 6:30 PM.
