Fighting Irish Baseball Loses in Regional Semi-Final

The Fighting Irish Baseball team saw its outstanding 2026 season come to an end in the OHSAA Regional Semifinals against Archbishop Hoban on Wednesday, falling by a score of 10-0.

Despite the result, the Irish conclude another successful campaign that featured a District Championship, numerous memorable performances, and a deep postseason run. Throughout the season, the team demonstrated resilience, determination, and a commitment to representing St. Vincent-St. Mary with pride both on and off the field.

On the mound, Will Tober and Aidan Reynolds combined to pitch for the Irish, while the offense continued to battle against a talented Hoban squad until the final out.
