St. Vincent–St. Mary Wrestling senior Rylan Hurley reached a major milestone on Thursday, earning his 100th career victory in front of a full school-day crowd inside The LeBron James Arena. The atmosphere was electric as the entire student body filled the stands, creating a memorable setting for one of the program’s top competitors.
A former state qualifier and key leader for the Irish, Hurley delivered in dominant fashion. With his family watching from the front row, he secured career win No. 100 by pinning his opponent, Jake McGowan, capping off a performance that brought the crowd to its feet.
The milestone reflects years of dedication, discipline, and commitment to the STVM Wrestling program. Hurley joins an exclusive group of Irish wrestlers to reach the 100-win mark, further cementing his legacy heading into the remainder of his senior season.
Congratulations to Rylan on this incredible achievement.
Go Irish!
