Irish Wrestling Wins Sectional Title, Sends 11 to Districts

The St. Vincent-St. Mary Wrestling team delivered an outstanding performance this past Saturday at the Sectional Tournament, opening postseason competition in dominant fashion.

The Irish crowned six sectional champions and advanced 11 wrestlers to the District Tournament, showcasing depth, determination, and resilience throughout the day. STVM competed with intensity and composure, setting the tone for a strong postseason run.

The boys will wrestle this weekend on Friday, March 6th and Saturday March 7th at Kenston High School. Wrestling begins Friday at 5:00pm and Saturday at 10:00am. More information can be found here. Go Irish!
